[cobalt-users] Default home dir

Can someone tell me how to change the default ftp home dir for site admin
users from /users/username to / please? I read some stuff about changing it
to /web and I got that to work. But I'd like to make it just "/". I tried a
couple things and couldn't get it working correctly. 90% of my support
questions are from people uploading their web sites to /users/username/web
and then asking me why their web site isn't working. Even though we have
this documented on our site and even include the information in the e-mail
we send containing account info, we still get a lot of questions regarding
this.

BTW, we are using a RAQ2.
