ok, here is how i did it.
If you installed the raq3 update 3.0 patch thing:
goto /etc/named
make a file called:
pri.domain.include
i.e. pri.foobar.com.include
and in it write:
*.domain.com    in  a   127.0.0.1
(replace domain wiht your domain and 127.0.0.1 with your ip)
then goto control panel -> DNS properties, click on save changes to dns and 
then you are done. This is on a raq 3 :)
