Re: [cobalt-users] Version 3 Upgrade (from the UK)

I just got off the phone with a tech @ cobalt.

Cobalt Tech "This is the first time I heard about it."
Me " Well can I talk to someone who has heard about? "
Cobalt Tech "As I said this the first time I have heard about it."

Whats the deal? What kinda tech doesnt even try to trouble shoot and learn
about a problem that he or his company doesnt know about.

Mike
