I just upgraded my Raq3i using the GUI with the package downloaded to my LAN
and it worked like a gem. Haven't had any problems with the upgrade yet.
(knock on wood). I haven't played with it enough since the upgrade to say I
see any improvements, but it didn't break anything obvious either. That's
usually a good sign!
