[cobalt-users] Who's SPAMing me now?

I don't know who this is... but I got it at an older address that I've only 
used for InterNIC registrations some time back.

The long message went on and on about Cobalt RAQs.

How about some help on how I can keep them from annoying (and stealing) my 
customers?
