[cobalt-users] RaQ3 3.0 update is SLOW

I'm suprised I haven't seen this here sooner.  Is nobody else noticing
that the RaQ3 OS 3.0 Update takes forever?  It just took about 20
minutes to do 1 RaQ3!

I've found the problem: when adding all the existing users to the
virtusertable to fix the catch-all email bug, it rebuilds the
virtusertable.db file _after each user is added_!  So on a RaQ3 with >
500 users + around 700 other email aliases, it took a looooong time to
run the update.

Also, the script that does this doesn't check to see if the aliases are
already there (I'd already added them so the catch-all would work), so I
ended up with a duplicate alias for every user on the RaQ3.
