I first started using this when Bob (the owner of vpdev.com) was in the
hosting business and he hosted one of my mailing lists.

When I first downloaded  MajorHelp there were no restrictions on its
use.  Later I saw restrictions on its use commercially.  Now the site
doesn't seem to have any restrictions on its use.

I'm in the middle of building my own, but I'm nowhere near done yet. 
Just not enough hours in the day.
