Anyway, You haven't accidentally (or rather, purposely) changed the
RaQ's time? This will in most circumstances make cron die, which is what
calls the report generator. Try (as root)

ps axf | grep crond

And check whether cron is running. If not so, start cron manually by
entering

/etc/rc.d/init.d/crond start

And everything should be fine next day.

Rebooting would fix the problem as well, at least until someone (or some
process) sets system time again and the time difference is noticeable to
cron.
