RE: [cobalt-users] Logcheck question_

That error means that you (or someone else) made changes to your
reverse DNS records. Unfortunately, your changes seem to have
caused errors in the records. Go back and double-check any changes
that were made June 15th at or around 12:26.

Do a

more /var/log/messages | grep named

for a list of all DNS errors/messages from the last few days or so.

Subject: [cobalt-users] Logcheck question

I installed Logcheck recently and I got the following security violation
last night for the first time last night:

Jun 15 12:26:49 www named[425]: master zone
"XXX/XX.XX.XXX.XXX.in-addr.arpa"
(IN) rejected due to errors (serial 0)

Anyone know what this error means? (I replaced numbers with X in this
example)
