[cobalt-users] POP lock

Hello,

when I cancel during a POP3 access (mail transfer) on my rented
server, I cannot connect for some time ("POP lock" error). But after
3 minutes or so, it works again fine.

Is that default for all servers that the POP lock goes away after
some minutes? I have heard that I have to delete a .username.pop file
normally?
