I know this wasn't directed at me, but...
Notice the "quoted reply"? All you have to do is highlight the portion you
want to quote before clicking "Reply".
As for the address book, I rarely use one no matter what e-mail client I'm
using. But the one in AOL 5.0 isn't any worse than most others I've seen.
I keep this AOL account mainly for mailing lists, testing customers'
problems, and keeping in touch with family members who use AOL.
