Could some kind soul explaing how to *completely* eradicate my Qube2 from
the Frontpage extensions? I've managed to munge the current installation :|
The Qube2 went down *big* time last week, (duff PSU corrupted disk) which
required a complete rebuild from the OS restore CD (Aug 1999 build).
Now...once the restore process was finalised and I have put everyone back on
the user list - I enabled frontpage extensions (FP98) and tried to publish
from my workstation using FP2k, all seemed to go well :)
Then I spent an hour or two downloading all the relavent security updates
and patches from the Cobalt website - put them all on, which included the
FPext upgrade to FP2000ext.
Now, I can't publish anymore and within the Qube2 GUI, upon trying to turn
the extensions on - it complains "a root web could not be configured
successully" :(
How do I go about uninstalling whats there and reapplying the update to
upgrade the extensions to FP2000?
TIA
