To use the Restore CD you need a PC which meets specific specifications 
... particularly the nic.  You boot the PC from the Restore CD ... it 
will run Linux from the CD and will act as a boot server for the Qube2.

You start the Qube2 while holding down a key combination on its back ... 
it will netboot from the PC and you will be able to restore the disk.

This process will destroy all data on your Qube2 disk.
