Send an email with the following in the body (not the subject!) to
majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx:

subscribe listname

You can also send a number of other commands to majordomo.  Put "help" in the body of
the email for a detailed list.  Also, visit the Majordomo site
(http://www.greatcircle.com/majordomo/) for more info., FAQ, tools, support mailing
lists, etc.
