Hello All
I have just acquired (from my isp) a nice new leased Raq3. When ordered I
had a body on hand to handle all the admin, but, alas it is just me now.(he
moved on to pastures new)
I have been reading this list (and the archives) with interest
and have to admit...it's getting scary!
I am preparing to start using this little blue box that I shall probably
never see and
have a million questions to ask....although I shall try and control myself!
I appreciate this post is already getting long and apologise now for this.
I shall endeavour to keep them short from now on :-)
Anyway, my first questions are:
Before I start, how do I establish that 'my' Raq is up to date regarding any
patches, software etc if required?
Can somebody give me some sort of checklist I can use when creating a
virtual site (so I don't miss anything).
BTW, I will be initially using the Raq for sites I have developed for
clients (therefore administering them myself) and giving them e-mail
facilities etc. I will then (hopefully) move on to selling space etc.
Thank you for taking the time and look forward any help you can give.
Regards
Dave Raza
