[cobalt-users] How to make Logcheck NOT to mail as "Root" ?

I don`t like that Logcheck mails out the report (to an external mail
adress) as Root (in the from: field).

How can I change that ? 

Do i have to make a ~/.mailrc file for root (if yes, what would it
contain ?)

I read the "man mail", but found nothing appropriate :-(
