[cobalt-users] Security Fix?!?!?!?

Recently there have been posts on Linux kernel needing to be upgraded...

1. Problem Description

   There is a serious vulnerability in the Linux kernel that
   allows local users to obtain root privilege by exploiting
   certain setuid root applications.

   We urge our customers to upgrade to the fixed kernel as soon as possible
   because there's a high potential that exploits for this vulnerability
   will be available soon.

My question is..

Do we have to wait for Cobalt to release a fix and if so how long will this 
take?
