Vince,
We have several people at an off-site location. We have mailboxes set up for
them on our Qube, so that represents their official e-mail addresses. But,
we have forwarding set on to automatically redirect their mail to their
off-site e-mail addresses.

This has the advantage that, if they shift back to the central office, they
don't have to change their official e-mail address - just turn forwarding
off. The disadvantage is that their mail takes an extra step in getting to
them, and thus some extra time.

Regards, Rob Evans
