[cobalt-users] FP Q

Folks, i really looked in the manual, but I cant find the answer to this one.
Let's say I have enabled FP extensions on site www.example.com
I try to publish to (from FP2000) www.example.com and the error is that no 
server extensions are installed, I tried adding the /web extension, same 
thing happens.
Where do i point FP so I can publish a web page that it's index.htm would 
be shown automatically at www.example.com?
