Hi Alexander -
I don't mean to sound crass or unhelpful, but all of these things are
indeed covered in the manual, available via the cobalt site. Because so
much is NOT covered, we tend to use this list for those items.
Nevertheless, if you're talking about a RAQ2, here are the answers:
The subfolder that you are seeing is the default folder for that USER.
If that user is also a site administrator, he will have access to the
upper level /web/ folder to place files (including the default index
file) for the entire domain. The user's URL (again by default) is
http://www.domainname.ext/~username/
To set a global/wildcard/catch-all email alias, click on the envelope
for the domain/site and enter "@www.domain.ext" in the aliases area.
The "www." is necessary for the system to recognize the wildcard alias.
It does not actually need to be included in an email address when a
message is sent. To have the mail forwarded to some other real email
address, put that address in the "Forward To:" box. Hope this helps.
With kindest regards, I am . . .
Sincerely yours,
Fred Watt
