PLEASE TURN CAPS LOCK OFF.
Don't post with HTML--use plain text/ascii.
No one will help you if these two guidelines aren't followed.
And if you can, break your requests into specific problems, instead of one
big run-on sentence. I realize that English may not be your native or
primary language, but its pretty much impossible to understand from your
email what it is you need help with.
It sounds to me like perhaps you could use the services of a Systems
Enginee--I would speak to the VAR you purchased from (or another one if you
purchased it mailorder) the Raq from and see if they can give you a hand
with the problems.
