Make sure you checked each users quota in each domain you have, at
System status/disk/each site.
Usually the yellow / red light are concerning a user that got over
quota.
Increase the user's assigned disk space (this will turn light green, not
inmediatly, but aprox. in 3-6 min.) and contact him so he downloads
existing mail.
Or wait until this "X" users remembers that he has a mail account he has
not checked for weeks.
Hope this is the case for your server since it's a minor prob.
conisdering that impact is that Mr. "X" will not receive more mail after
quota has been reached.
