[cobalt-users] Cannot connect modem to Qube 2

I am trying to install a dialup modem on a Qube 2 ISDN (sn: 2102CM0156638) . On setting up the dial settings , tel no , user name etc ... and saving  ........ a message "FORBIDDEN You do not have permission to access the requested file on the server" .ISDN is disabled . Is there something I should configure before to install the modem ?
