I don't know about the proxy part, but check http://www.iea-software.com/products/RadiusX/Cobalt/
I didn't get much response from the list when I asked if anyone knew of a
RADIUS that would run on my Cobalt, so I'm guessing most people on the list
aren't doing it. This is what I found - and no, I'm not using it but it's
because I haven't got around to installing the demo I downloaded. If you get it
tested, let me know what you find out.
