No, you can use only one IP adress for all virtual sites

Create the site and create an admin user for that domain, then FTP to the
domain. Set you FTP site as
FTP To: www.thesite.com
login: theadminname
pass: theoneyousetup
If you create the site and the admin user for that site, if you FTP the IP
adress, then when loggin in, you'll be taken to the site's admin area, no
matter you have other 20 domains, you'll be taken to the site you are admin
at.
