Have you been able to try creating a new user for that domain and checking
the POP3 with another client besides Outlook?
Is there actually mail there to be retrieved? I've found Outlook sometimes
gets flaky and I have to delete an account from it and recreate it. I've
gotten that error on one POP3 and not another on the same domain.
