Hello,
I have a SMTP problem with one of my clients hosted on a RaQ2.
The DNS configuration of his account is in no way different to the
configuration of the other domains on the server with the difference that
those other accounts don't have SMTP problems.
He gets the error message when using Outlook:

All his settings are correct, I've doublechecked that.
He also can't use the IP of his domain or the hostname / IP of the server
itself. It gives him the same error. Does anyone have any idea what could be
the reason for that?
I do not think the issue is related to DNS as it doesn't work with the IP
addresses either. I have the pop-before-relay patch installed but the client
made sure he checked POP before attempting to send mail, but it still didn't
work.
