[cobalt-users] Raq3 - Disk Usage

OK.  My Active monitor light is blinking like crazy. On one of my virtual
sites it shows a user does not have enough disk space. The user has a limit
of 60MB but only shows 19.1MB in his directory. I deleted his files under
user name but it does not change the size of 19.1MB. Any idea on how to
correct this and to stop that damn red flashing light?
