It's given me a real edge over my local-based Unix/NT competition
in shear features offered, of which the ease-of-use for my
customers is right at the top of the list. This has reduced the
level of technical support I have to provide to a minimum, and
given my customers greater autonomy.
Overall, I'm very please with the decision made.
