[cobalt-users] Raq2-How to open a .raq file

I would like to be able to open and see the contents of a .raq file produced from the RaQ2 backup utility in my local windows machine. Is that possible?
I found some related information to rename the file to .tar.gz and then open it but it doesn't work.
Also I am wondering if all the contents of /home/ directory are contained in the full backup
