[cobalt-users] Bouced Message to Long <40000

I have been getting bounced messages from my list on a RAQ2.  I have around
100 users on the list and I try and send a short message with a 2 page word
file attached from Netscape inbox.  I have tried to edit the
/usr/local/majordomo/config_parse.pl and set the max length to 40000000 and
then remove a user, update and then add the user back.  This didn't seem to
help.  Does any one have a fix.  I saw a thread on this a while back but
could not find it.
