[cobalt-users] Bounce Message to Long <40000

I have been trying to send an e-mail to a mailing list on my RAQ2.  The list
has about 100 people on it and the message has an attached word file that is
only 2 pages with only text.  I keep getting the message bounced.  I have
tried to edit the config_parse.pl and remove and user, save and then add the
user back and save per the cobalt knowledge base
question # 739.  It did not fix it.  I saw a thread on this but could =
not find it.  Has any one had this problem and fixed it?
