[cobalt-users] Why do list group messages bounce

I am getting any message that I send to a list on my RAQ2 bounced with the
following subject line.  Bounced Message to long over <40000 or some thing
like that.  I tried the fix that was on the cobalt knowledge by changing the
max message size to 40000000.  That didn't help.  If any one knows what is
causing this and how to fix it please help.
