[cobalt-users] qpopper 2.53 vuln

If you read http://www.lwn.net/2000/0525/a/qpopper.html Qpopper 2.53, the
one that ships with RAQ3's (and maybe raq 2's?) has a vulnerability that
gives shell access.  You should upgrade to qpopper 3.x to fix it.
