I've never seen a working solution for the 2700WG either.  Usually a helpful 
person will tell you how to do it on a Raq.

In /etc/sendmail.cf you'll find these lines:
 
# place to which unknown users should be forwarded
#Kuser user -m -a<>
#DLname_of_luser_relay

but I've never got it to work.
