[cobalt-users] Creating cgi-bin?

Hi,

I was just wondering how I would go about creating a "cgi-bin" directory for
sites that are hosted from my RaQ3? Can I just FTP and create a "cgi-bin"
directory under the "web" directory? What about assigning permissions to the
"cgi-bin" directory? What should that be?
