	This is often the result of permissions and/or ownership
being out of the grove. Simply a procmailrc file can be a security
risk if it is writable by anyone but the owner. Thus you need to
make sure the rc file is owned by the user/group it is associated
with and that it is not world writable. I'm new to these Cobalts
and I'm too busy to log onto one of the beasts to see what I
ended up doing on them, but but here on our other Linux powered
powered servers I simply do a chmod 644 on the .procmailrc files and
then set the owner and group of the file to the owner and group the
applicable user is associated with.
