[cobalt-users] Status signals

One of our users exceeded their disk allocation (98% usage) and was locked
out - however, when their disk allocation was increased by 100% (to 50Mb)
the critical status warning was still displayed against this account for a
further day. After 24 hours the account was deleted, with the data being
moved to an alternative account. This action removed the critical status
against that site, but the main status indicator on the server management
screen will not indicate the change of status.

Has anybody else come across this problem? is there a fix?

We are new to this group, and although having looked back over the past two
months of the archives, noting about this type of problem can be found - if
this has been posted previously, we apologise; however, any assistance would
be most welcome.
