We do this all the time. We've got lots of experience by now. I charge
for it, us$100. The reason the charge is so reasonable because
including testing and sample files for all kinds of lists (with and
without archives, with and without digests, with and without "bounces"
lists), and complete newlist instructions, is because it only takes a
bit over an hour to do.
