Hmmmm.... Welll???
Might of been a weird dns thing and Jeff L. would be the person to ask.
Unless at some time the 2 boxes tried to use the same ip at the same time
and are connected to the same hub, (Non switching system).  one of them
would probley shutdown that ip and try it again later.  I don't know how
your wired so it's hard to say without knowing what they are plugged into.
