Ian,
You need to go to http://www.mrunix.net/webalizer/ and download again.
I would suggest the full source. I don't want to say get the binary because
I don't own an raq3x and I don't know for sure it will work. The reason the
cobalt version didn't work is because you don't have a mips processor.
