Hey Zeffie, your problems are only GUI related? You do NOT understand the
GUI? Perhaps you should take a few classes and courses in basic computer
skills and "how to deal with a browser", "how does the internet work" and
"what is DNS". Then you will probably understand the GUI.

If can NOT expect from Cobalt answering questions from people who don't want
to learn anything (as I said, only speaking, not listening) and are very
rude in the way of asking their questions. From how many people do you think
Cobalt is getting messages like your support requests? Hundreds? Probably.
It's a good idea to ignore them. After all, it seems you really have not
read the manual and NOT invested time to learn anything, and if this is the
case I really can't help you. Stop selling on the web, you will save
everybody else much headaches.

If a client tells me "hey I have received my account information and don't
know what the hell is FTP??????!/()/"§/("§ Damn it, why are you being so
technical???§(!"

Then I reply "Sorry Sir, FTP means file transfer protocol. For a detailed
description what FTP is and how it works please go to our FAQ located at
http://..... -- for uploading to your website we prefer to use CuteFTP. You
can find this program at www.cuteftp.com".

If the reply I get is "What the f*** does that mean? I want online editar!
Online! I want to do uploading with my Netscape Composer! No FTP bullshit!!.
What is that cute thingy you were talking about! Crap! Give me online editar
immediately or I sue you!".

Ignorant clients receive AND DESERVE ignorant responses. Now if this a
client who doesn't pay $500 / month, I immediately refund his credit card
and tell him to go to hell. Cobalt is not in the position to tell you to go
to hell, but the support representative who has received your email probably
though that in the moment when he deleted your unanswered request.

Think about it. Learn to listen. Learn to survive.
