	I looked at both URLs, and saw cobalt-announce on both of them.

At the top of the first URL is the following:

Cobalt User Groups

  Cobalt Announcement List
This list is used by Cobalt to announce updates, products, services, and
general information to customers. This list is not a discussion forum,
please use cobalt-users, cobalt-developers or cobalt-security for that
purpose.


At the top of the second URL is the following:

cobalt-announce Announcements for Cobalt Products
