I don't work for Cobalt and I can't authorize anyone else to post in the
Knowledge Base. What I can do is post in the Knowledge Base myself.
If you or anyone has a fix that in my opinion belongs in the knowledge
base, I'll be happy to put it there, so it can help everyone.
I know, I have to say "in my opinion" because I'm responsible for what I
put into the knolwedge base. I hope everyone understands I'm not trying
to be high and mighty here; it would be easier for me just to post
anything anyone sends me, and these days a lot faster, too.
But I will play this by Cobalt's rules.

I can understand your concern about Cobalt being taken over; of course
it's possible.
However, based on the people I've met and spoken with, I really don't
think that's what they're trying to do just now.

I'm not sure I know what you mean, since the Knowledge base is hosted at
Cobalt.
I've got a RaQ2 and a RaQ3 for hosting, and I've signed a deal with
Microsoft today to be the first kid on my block to host with Windows 2K
(I've got to do it by the middle of August according to the contract) in
exchange for some free stuff <wry grin>, and I've got precious few
sites, since we specialize in high-end and high-availability, and
consultation, so I think I have room and bandwidth (multiple DS-3s with
BGP) to host anything I need to host.
I also host the "official" unofficial qube-users list <smile>.
