[cobalt-users] DocumentRoot Access Error

I have a raq3i. I am having a problem with virtual sites being able to
directly access anything on the same directory level with its' DocumentRoot.

For example:

The following two directories exist:

	/home/sites/site1/web/
	/home/sites/site1/cgibin/

I would like it so a user could access a cgi script through the following URL:

	http://www.site1.tld/cgibin/script.cgi

and still have the following URL:

	http://www.site1.com/

default to the /home/sites/site1/web/ directory if no directory is
explicitly specified in the URL?  Currently I am having to make "cgibin" a
subdirectory of the "web" directory.  I know from past experience this does
not seem correct.  Any ideas on what could be wrong?
