[cobalt-users] Raq3 Email users

I have a Raq3. The SMTP goes down when 12 other servers connect to send
email. I am having to go into root and "kill" the connections manually to
keep the server from going down.

Is there a way to increase the connections to more than 12? Or is there a
way to set up a timeout for those connections or set it up to auto "kill"
after so much time?
