Yes, I have installed Webalizer 2.00-12 beta on my RaQ3.  Downloaded the
source as well as required libraries (gd-1.7.3 and libpng) and compiled as per
instructions in the readme.  You can find the libraries on freshmeat.net

Search "webalizer" on the archives for this list to bring up some additional
tips.

Works great.
