[cobalt-users] RAQ3 Redirecting site

Is it possible to redirect a url to another url/folder.  I know how to
direct a url to another url using DNS but I was wondering if I can direct it
to a folder of another url.  And  I know how to do it using a redirect
metatag and some cgi scripts but that is not what I want.
