[cobalt-users] Telnet Problem

In the /home/sites directory I did the following

1. changed the ownership of a "site#" directory from httpd to
the name of the site owner.
2. changed the ownership of  the link file
"www.domain.com -> /home/sites/site#" from
root to the name of the site owner.

Now today I can't telnet into the server. 
I don't think the above changes would have any affect on my ability to
telnet in
but it's the only thing that I've done since the last time I was able to
telnet in.

If anybody has experienced a similar problem or has any suggestions or
solutions
please let me know as I have to be able to telnet to the server.
