[cobalt-users] directory access

Hi

I noticed on the default home page which is inserted in to any new virtual
server you set up, the index.html page points to locations such as

/.cobalt/register/registerIndex.htm

is there a way to which we can access this, do we have to be logged in as
someone in particular??
